How much does Christmas light installation cost?
Most St. Pete and Tampa homes run $1,100–$1,800 for a lit front roofline, wrapped palms and an entry wreath. Roofline is $7 per foot for one-story homes and $9 for two-story, with a $599 minimum. Try the instant estimator on our pricing page.
What is the free rendering?
With every free estimate we send a rendering that shows your home with the proposed lighting design, so you can see the rooflines, palms and accents before you book and change anything you like. It's free, with no obligation.
Do I have to buy the lights?
No. Our lights are leased for the season and included in your price. We own, maintain and store them.
When should I book?
As early as possible. We install one home per day from November 1 through December 15, and weekends fill first. Booking by the early-bird deadline also saves 10%.
How much is the deposit, and how do I pay?
Estimates and renderings are free. A 25% deposit reserves your install date, and the balance is due when installation is complete. We accept Zelle, Venmo and check. Florida sales tax is added to the invoice.
Will you damage my roof or gutters?
No nails, staples or screws. We use plastic clips made for gutters, shingles and drip edge, and everything comes off cleanly in January.
Do you need to come inside or use my power?
We never need to come inside. Displays plug into your existing exterior GFCI outlets on a timer. We don't hardwire or do electrical work, and LED displays use very little electricity.
What if a bulb goes out or it storms?
Text us. In-season service is free through December 31, usually within 48 hours. Damage from landscapers, pets or tampering may carry a small service fee.
What happens if it rains on my install day?
We don't work on wet roofs or in high wind or lightning. We'll move you to the next open day at no cost.
When do the lights come down?
Takedown runs January 2–20. You'll get a text to schedule it, and you don't need to be home.
Do I need HOA approval?
If your HOA regulates holiday decorations, approval is your responsibility, but we're happy to send a design description. We also light HOA entrances and clubhouses.
Which areas do you serve?
All of Pinellas, Hillsborough and Sarasota counties, including St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Tampa, Largo, Dunedin, Brandon and Sarasota.
Can I rebook for next year?
Yes. Returning customers can reserve next season at takedown and keep this year's rate.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and can provide a certificate on request.
